A. Often a technical person is promoted into a management position without the key training required.
Q. Do you provide online training?
A. No, we believe this type of learning is critical but requires face to face coaching.
Q. Why not do this over video conference?
A. Still not rich enough interface AND not so effective use of the manager’s time.
Q. Why not coach in groups?
A. We value every minute from each manager, and experience says impact is faster 1-1 as coaching can be more personal.
